Group Volunteering Day at Our New Wildlife Rehab Unit

We're at the last leg!

Today we had a big group volunteering session to work our new mini Wildlife Rehab Unit, and we made a huge amount of progress. Cages and units were constructed, corners painted, and ambitious plans were made for when the Unit is up and running. I’m so so grateful to the team for all of their hard work; thank you guys, you were amazing!

We still need to raise a bit more money to purchase some additional caging. However, when our custom caging blocks arrive, we will have enough to house a substantial number of animals, and that means we can begin devising a volunteer rota and moving in some animals. WE’RE NEARLY THERE!

Being on the cusp of launching also means we need to begin stocking up on the food and cleaning supplies that will be used on a daily basis for the animals in our care.

We’ve added these to a wishlist, so if you would like to help us over this last hurdle, you can donate useful items to help us stock up at https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/ls/9BGC4KT8AADC...
